Basic Policies for The Drink Lab
Booking and Payment
A non refundable retainer is required to hold your event date. The remaining balance is due before the event. Travel fees may apply for locations outside the standard service area.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule please notify us as soon as possible. Retainers are non refundable. Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.
What We Provide
We provide mixers garnishes bar tools and service for the hours included in your package. Additional hours are available for an added fee. Some items such as alcohol glassware ice and tables may need to be provided by the client.
Alcohol Policy
In compliance with Tennessee state regulations, Drink Lab operates as a dry hire mobile bar service, meaning all alcohol is supplied by the client. To make the process effortless, we provide personalized guidance on quantities and connect you with our preferred vendors for a smooth and well-executed event.
Service Guidelines
We check IDs and will not serve anyone under 21. We reserve the right to stop serving guests who appear overly intoxicated for safety reasons.
Outdoor and Venue Requirements
Please make sure the bar area has a safe clean workspace with access to shade or cover if outdoors. Parking and unloading access must be available.
Photos and Social Media
We may take photos of the setup or drinks for social media unless you request otherwise.
