Hey there! I’m Themelina Makrinaki, founder of The Drink Lab, where great food, handcrafted cocktails and unforgettable vibes come together.
Growing up in a Greek family taught me that hospitality is about more than serving people. It’s about creating connection, celebration and memorable experiences around the table. That passion inspired me to create The Drink Lab.
